Major help needed.....Large Medal Grouping (and various others)

Hello gents. These just came in the mail. A nurse (who works for my father) sent them to me. A patient of hers recently died, and his son was throwing these away. Luckily, she knew a lot about my collection and took them off his hands before they were thrown away! I am very overwhelmed right now. There are 13 medals (there are a few doubles) and other various items. I need your help to full identify and put a value on these. (Not pictured is a cased Bronze Star)

All reasonably common medals, except the 'General Stewart' medal,
and not worth a whole lot, IMO. The insignias look to be of 1960's
vintage, and the rank insignia might be WWII.

Nice CIB, which could be WWII but need to see the back.

Are the two major ranks pin back or clutch back and are they marked? They appear to be WWII. I really like the occupation medal with the Germany bar wish you had the box!

Forgot to tell you the Patch is 78th Infantry Division, In WWII they were in the ETO: France, Belgium and Germany
