Hello,

is this an original WW2 Purple heart?

I found a link from AZPhil in this forum,and I think it has a type II or type III slot brooch but that's all I can tell...

Hey Paul,it's an unnumbered one. I just bought it for 80 GBP. I found some numbered ones but the prices are abit too high...

Then it will be a Type III, Paid £80 for my Type II numbered one a couple of years back but that never came with the coffin case or button hole ! nice minty set you've got your self Regards ,Paul
