Please help me identify two badges

Article about: Hello, Has anyone got a clue what is the name of these badges ? Wasn't sure where should I place this thread as I have got no idea where these bagdes are coming from. Will be very grateful f

    Post war school badge the mostly. The leaves can proove it. It's official symbol, on civilian badges rather appear. But not 100%.
    Definitely a Hungarian badge, then ! !

    And some info:

    One comment: "az elmúlt 17 év sajnos meglátszik mindkét jelvényen" means: the last 17 years is sightly in the badges. This wrote in 2010. 2010-17=1993. Hungary has a "system-change" at '89 /This the calling of the communist-socialist era's end/ and founded the (Third) Hungarian Republic /instead the People's Republic of Hungary/, with a new Army. This badge for that.

    And I sure, it's original - don't make sense to copy.
