My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

Hi Jerry, a very special group. I’m assuming you may have already looked for his service info by now.....but just wanted to see if you had seen that the NARA has 2 listings for him (giving his civilian occupation etc as well as listed in the FLA honor roll). His full unit details and more info are also listed on the HonorStates website database. 81 ID 321 IR. Like I said, I’m sure you know by now but wanted to leave this just in case you hadn’t.
Absolutely. Sorry to hear about the car, I’m actually in the process of the same thing this week. Took my vacation to get it sorted.
I’ve left screenshots of what I found and will try to leave the links as well. If they don’t work feel free to pm me. I’ve been focusing on collecting US items recently, so have found some nice databases. I can’t get back to where I found the FLA honor roll list (on NARA site) but i left the screenshot from last night. It’s just his name, rank, and serial tho. The honorstates site gives most detail, unit and awards he would’ve been qualified for etc.
