A distinctive insignia 'DI' ( Missouri ? ).....US collar dog, a USAAF specialist
sleeve patch, plus a US Marksmanship Badge.............

Hi Pammy, that set looks as if it is all fresh off a uniform. Nice. Not exactly sure what the consumers "tax check" token is... Here in Michigan consumers energy is the company who supplies our electricity. Maybe a connection ??
