You know if he was prior enlisted he would sport the Good Cookie. And I think you would need the American campaign ribbon.
If he was prior to Dec,7,1941-Sept 8,1939 he would sport that American Defense.
I like both ways. Then again I just enjoy looking at it

Okie I'll place back the GC AC as it does look better yes? it's a bugger I don't have separate ribbons! most of my loose ones are either PTO and ETO and one Philippines liberation with star! and victory WW2 (which I don't want to place on this one) plus my air medal ribbon which has to stay in the coffin box.
