Some 8th army patches, showing some of the variations you find with these. I think the 3 with metallic braid crosses were used by Polish troops, though if only used by Polish troops I don't know.

It is very similar to some copy patches I bought a number of years back, the same chunky thread and the same mesh backing fabric, so sadly I think it is a copy.
