Arab Legion Cap Badge?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if this is an original Arab Legion cap badge? My great-grandfather was in this unit and so I'm on the hunt for an original.

Sorry I can't help you Mo. It appears to have a brooch fitting on the reverse which is probably a conversion from lug fittings, which suggests it is an original as it is unlikely that someone would convert a fake/copy IMO.

Good Arab Legion badge, the broach fitting is also o.k. easier to attach to the cloth headdress of the Arab legion. John.

It's a nice original badge; it was fitted on the agal.
