Argie Aviation Badge for identification please

Hi Again Another odd badge which came my way and which I have singularly failed to ID Can you help please?? It measures 17cm (6 5/8 ins) across the wing tips and the centraldisc measures 6.5 cm (2 5/8 ins) in diameter. There are three fixing points to the reverse which are similar to those found on pouch badges etc.
Any suggestions please??

Civilian flying club in Argentina, from what I can deduce the badge is an early version of the club members badge
