These patches are for 2/3rd Anti Tank Regt, 'T' shape for service with the 9th Div 2AIF at the 1st siege of Tobruk 1941.
As Luke has stated your examples are all post WW2.

I want to thank all of yopu who commented on my questions. I have certainly learned a lot over the past few days and now have a better understanding of Austrailian WW II regimental insignia. Now my hunt for period correct pieces for my Lithow SMLE display can begin.
