Can anyone identify this pip ?
It is silver and approximately 1/2" or 13 mm across.
It has a loop at the back with a brass cotter pin for a retainer.

Believe it may be Boy Scouts. If not, it is very similar.
I have one like this, but the reverse you describe
is different. Just a thought.........
