Hey gang!

I picked this up in a group of military stuff. I'm not sure if this is military or not... It has that feel... but it's hard to say. It's large... 69mm wide and 44mm tall.

Thoughts?

I don't know what it is, but it sure looks good and is silver, nice item IMHO.

Not military,it is civilian .
it is Vancouver city logo.
