I have found this at a fleamarket in croatia of al places.
Can anyone tell me what it is for insignia? I think it has something to do with the free french forces duting ww2 because of the cross.
The needle at the back is replaced.
It says Fusiliers Marines, and i guess it is silver, brass and enamel.

Looks to be the badge of The Fusiliers Marins ("Naval Fusiliers") are units specialised in the protection and defence of vessels and key sites of the French Navy on land.
