Latest Additions to the Patch Collection

I was recently able to acquire this small patch collection. Most are WWII era or later, with a few more contemporary patches mixed in.

Some highlights include a Type 5 101st Airborne SSI, Theater made Merrill's Marauders patch, 1930's 28th Division SSI, and a first for me (never knew these existed), a woven USN CPO Athletic Director rank/rate. General thought is these were Australian made, however haven't been able to confirm definitively.

First up, the Army insignia..





The Airborne tabs were included with the group, and obviously don't go with the 101st patch. I was able to use them with some 17th Airborne insignia I had with missing tabs..
