    Not sure if this is the place to post this item but as it had flags on it......
    Here is a bit of a puzzle. A match box holder which at first glance looks WW1 but is it WW2? On the front is a cartoon by B. Wallace (who I can find no information). The wording "Here we go again" rather implies it is the second time around. The size of the holder is a little larger than a modern box of matches.

    It is great war period, note the french, Russian and Belgian flags. Wallace is a less well known artist compared to Bairnsfather.

    Ah, yes. The pre-revolution Russian flag is the give away. Thanks Jerry.
