Original WW2 French Pilot Badge (numbered)?

i would like to know if anyone has na opinion about this French Pilot Badge. Is it a original example from ww2 period?
If yes, is there a way to track the original owner by its number on the reverse?

a badge with number 24xxx is 1934, a 29xxx is 1943
your badge seems to be 30's
in 1940, archives were destroyed, I'm afraid you can't find something... sorry
