yes Nuno its real,had a quick look on google,to verify but appears to have made wool flags for quite some time,in brooklyn NY,and philadelphia,i personally had not heard of them,but suggested sales from past ebay sites would indicate all correct and above board regards to value dont have a clue im afraid,try some research of your own,should find a bit.found this which sold some time ago,vincent j spelman&co its real enough,hope you find more out,dave
