RAF RFC lapel badge (Coventry eagle) ???

Hi all got this lapel badge with some other pins and badges the other day . I'v tried to research it to no avail .I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this pin . The only other one I'v been able to find was made in 1918 and said RNAF (royal navy air force) I'm guessing . it is the same as this badge except what is written on it .any help would be great . thanks

thanks jerry do you think this is military related or just a bike lapel badge?do you know if the military used Coventry eagle m/cycles ? just wondering could this be a dispatch riders lapel?

I don't know if they supplied the armed forces, but the badge is just a lapel badge for those who owned or liked the makers products.
