Rank chevrons question

I wondered if anyone could inform me about the red on black sergeant chevrons, date and arm of service country of origin etc? Also the two on the right with blancoed stripes, same questions, for the lance corporal and corporal chevrons?

The others I know about, I think, WWII period sergeant and lance corporal on the left, with post war sergeant at top right.

It looks like a USN 1st class petty officers stripes (E6)

I got it in a job lot and had no idea it was US, an area about which I know very little.

The one thing that is missing if they are USN would be the eagle above the stripes. The other would be the rate insignia. They usually have the eagle then below that is the Rate and then the stripes. But it looks like they were cut just above the stripes,but I can't tell fom the pic's. So I cant tell you that they are definately USN, but that stripe arrangement and colors do look USN.
