Rare? Valuable? Need help with MP insignia.

Article about: These scrolls for two airborn Military Police units appear to be theater made, and I've not seen their like before. Any thoughts as to their rarity and value would be appreciated.

    These are probably 1950s occupation period a resonable price for these would be anywhere from 25-40 USD a piece
