Royal Warwickshire shoulder titles

Not my area, so wondered if anyone could help with this....
trying to date an old photo.....

when would this "slip on" type of shoulder titles have been used?

any help appreciated as always.

C.WWI, possibly a bit before, from after the date when the shoulder straps changed from the twisted type and on into WWI. I don't have most of my reference books with me so can't narrow it down, but about 1909 to 1916.
