U.S. Insignia ID Chevron & Single Ribbon

Having trouble finding what these two pieces are?

1. I can not find the ribbon ( Navy) ?

2. The chevron is a screw back, but from what period?

I think the DUI chevron is Korean/post WW2 era.

As per Black Cat , this style was Korean post Korea rank of Sergeant 1948-51 era.

These were unofficial and were not authorized by the Quartermaster Corp.

Not to sure on the ribbon.

Hi Tony

The answer might be a National Guard or US Government /Civilian agency ie Police , Fire service.
Its unusual for US military to have a horizontal ribbon apart from PUC.
