    Is there any way to tell what era this is from? I've had this for years. Got it from a flea market in Colorado. No markings on it that I can find. But, I'm sure there's been a million of these made.

    Funny thing! I bought my first one in a similar circumstance!!!!! lot of years ago and was one of the first US bits I ever bought!!!

    Very cool.
    It looks like an officer's US collar device put on a disc to look like an enlisted man's collar device. Interesting!!!

    This is the first US bit I bought. I'd like to get more though. Just seemed like the axis stuff would get harder to find quicker. But, the ally stuff is getting up there these days.

    it was when they had a hole in the collar for enlisted, into Korea war
