The ribbons in this rack represent from lowest to highest;
The Republic of Vietnam Campaign medal, The Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm Ribbon, Air Force Training Ribbon, Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, USAF NCO PME Graduate Ribbon with oakleaf cluster, Air Force Longevity Service Award with 4 oakleaf clusters,
Air Force Overseas Ribbon - Long Tour, Air Force Overseas Ribbon - Short Tour, Vietnam Service Medal with two bronze stars, National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Good Conduct Medal with one silver and one bronze oakleaf clusters, Air Force Achievement Medal and the Air Force Commendation Medal.
Quite a career.
