What does BMAP stand for!?

Not sure it is English, the B could stand for Bundeswehr, British , Belgian maybe even Brazilian or Bolivian....
Any help on thise button would be appreciated.
The wings make me think of post war Germany, but the rose, on top,isn't!
And no marks at the back!

BMAP Bomb Making-matirials Awareness Program? Yes, thats a real abbreviation!

But in reality; I dont have a clue.

The shape of the wings reminded me of a commercial airline logo for some reason.

But only airline related letter combination I found, were the BMAP letter combo on some plane registrations



Look forward to hearing what it really is.

Ooops, I see that now - the baboon skull is waaay more narrow.
In my defence, that pic was the largest fraction of a full pic ever glimpsed on WRF! Current size much better.
