Hi all, I thought I'd chuck up my latest purchase. Bought today at a local shop. As you can see it's a Chocolate & Sweets tin as used in the Type D Compo Rations on D-Day.
My question is, who was the maker P.F. & Co.?
Cheers,
Richard.

I must admit I thought of that too, but I could not find any evidence of them using that abrieviation. But a good possible candidate.

Sorry to resurrect such an ancient thread, but can anyone tell me the dimensions of the box pictured above.
Thanks,

Bigger than you'd imagine.
8 1/2 x 5 1/2in x 2 1/4 in tall.
Mine is made by L.B.P.S.L. and 'boiled sweets' is printed underneath Chocolate and'.
