I have picked up this 303 inspection mirror in a tool box with some Turkish Cartridges. Are their 2 types of this inspection mirror or is it a part missing? I have found very little information on the web.

Is this a WW1 tool or just a coincidence that they were found together?Who knows ?
The Turkish cartridges look to be made around 1911.

I think there must be different types. That one looks to be a smaller calibre to .303...The .303 ones have a brass rod with a loop on the end so you can hold it in the breech of the rifle. This rod folds over the viewer when its not in use.

I like the Turkish rounds as well....are those primers live?I'd be soaking them in oil if not.
