about P44 ammo pouch

I came across this pouch I'd never seen before. The belt attachments are angled instead of parallel. Was it just a try at making things easier to get at? I've been looking for one with the frog attached to the side and plan on buying it, but I was just curious about the attachment, and the added ring Thank you

That is the left hand pouch for pattern 1958 webbing.The loop on the top is for the yoke strap and the loop at the side is for attaching the poncho roll.Not 44 patt im afraid.

Thank you, I really need to pay closer attention to what is in the picture, and less to what the seller claims it is. It doesn't even have teh correct tab or brace connector to be a P44. Sorry about that
