Another mortar shell that needs an expert

Article about: Dear members, Another donation which could use an expert eye to try and decide that it exactly is. Anybody know this one? Frank from the Museum

    There is a date in the circle on the bottom cap I can't read it on yours,if you look at mine you can see the 66 date

    I have read somewhere "Happy Wife Happy Life" and from my observations this seems to be true .
    I'm happily single , not even divorced ! LOL
