Well, its got me stumped too. I wonder if these pictures could be posted in an off-topic area of the Great War forum? Just an idea. Unusual to see double rings on webbing equipment. A puzzle.

Hey Guys!
I recently saw the following 1945 Australian pliers frog and had a hard time reading the letters, let alone deciphering the acronym. That's when it hit me! This could be a later version of the maker mark 'G.V. Mulder' found on earlier articles of webbing. Does anyone else think this frog is marked GVM for George Victor Mulder?
