Stamp location will vary slightly between manufacturers, but will usually be on the inside of the pack flap or on one of the "fold over flaps" on the side.

Hi mate.
As both Ade and myself have both stated earlier, this is a very nice 37ptn small pack in good condition.
The "Royal Arrow" as you call it, is generally referred to as a "Crowsfoot" mark and is usually found stamped on all WD (War Department) or MoD (Ministry of Defence) supplied equipment.
