Well this doesn't really fall under Aussie made but was used by us.
Any way, looks like our local disposals store came across a bunch of these and this is what I fished out from a few Aussie & Canadian ones today, both British made.
In the third picture, is the U in the stamp for South Africa? or just an inspectors stamp?

I thought I'd post this entrenching tool carrier as it is unusually marked with the factory address and phone no. and looks as though the person that made it had to re do the attachments
I have a bunch of these but this one is unusual

The factory is at the next suburb from where I live and is not in business anymore.
