As an extension to this, I've been doing some research on P37 webbing, (I want to dye some straps Green to emulate KG3 Blanco), I've heard that P37 takes Dye well without any need of bleach or anything?

In Australia we have "Spotlight" stores that could give you chapter and verse on dyeing fabrics. Is there an equivalent in NZ?
