Information on just purchased rifle

Article about: Recently purchased a 7.62 mm that has 1943 and P 5519 and R 55192 on receiver. Looks like rear sight is adjustable up to 1000 meters. Anyone know anything about this rifle?

    Pictures would probably be the best bet if you are wanting it to be identified, most people recognise the weapon itself, not the markings. I'm going to take an educated guess and suggest that its an M91/30 Mosin Nagant though.
