Interesting relic... What could this be?

Hey folks,

Found this piece in Holland along side of live mortars and ammo wich I did not took home obviously..Most german.
So that's why I guess it is US ( M22)
Hope to get some help

I'm no expert, but the shape of the 'disc' at one end under looks like the remains of a fuse looks quite similar to the (looks to be) same part on this picture of an M22 I found - the whole bottom of the M22 looks to match up rather nicely, but yours is quite roughed up so I cant tell for sure!

looks like a RPG round from a bazooka.

I'm not so sure, I really do think it may be a relic M22 - the shape just fits, the 'saucer' end underneath the (perhaps) remains of the fuse doesent match up with panzerschreck rounds or US Bazooka rounds.
