pouch, Basic MKII or MKI converted??

Hi guys im after a bit of help with this pouch,
firstly the internal loops, i thought they were only on some MK1 pouches??
secondly, if it is a MK1 Converted to a MKII, shouldn't i be able to see evidence of the repositioning of the belt loops??

Possibly Canadian?...I was thinking Indian made but it looks too well made.Anything stamped on the snap fastener?

Likely Canadian. Australia got a lot of these.
Here are three of mine for comparison.
Left: C with arrow inside. Named to Walker (Aussie WWII) No date. Snap says "United Carr Canada"
Middle: ZL & TL Ltd 1942. Same snap.
Right: An Aussie "Bata" dated 1943 with higher belt attachment. Snap says "N. B. Ltd."

Ubique- Nice pouches, but the BATA marked pouch is Indian made rather than Aussie made (although I am sure the Australians made use of them during the war)
