    That's odd, 'Made in USSR'? That seems very un-communistlike. I have no idea how old they are but they look relatively new. I would say that they were new when your mom got them.

    Those are great bios made in the early 70's for civil use made by KOMZ Kazan Op­ti­cal-Me­chan­i­cal Fac­to­ry very nice.
