U.S. medical tin box with meds.

I acquired this first aid box with medical equipment. I'm pretty sure these swabs, gauze and snake kit are post WWII. But I'm not sure if this first aid box is WWII era. The directions on the inside box lid has been over painted, maybe for later war use as Korea or Vietnam. Would anyone have an idea which era this box might be. I believe this box could have been attached to a vehicle (jeep)? or hanged up on a board / wall for usage.

Box looks more like it is from the late 50s or early 60s
