Unknown French flashlight

Another flashlight question.

I picked up this French flashlight (has the French trademark registration codes on the back). I have found no information about this model. Something about it looks "1930's civilian" to me but the red/blue filters indicate a military/civil defense purpose. The logo is a mystery to me. Another reenactor opined it may be for a combo hand/bicycle lamp. Nice light, lit right up with new battery (4.5v), original bulb.

Anyone seen this logo or a light like this?

salut a nikel je vais pas etre obliger de parler anglais ^^, sa peut etre un model de la défense passive mais bon, y a de grande chance pour que ce soit du civil mais pendant la ww2

Thanks, yes, my thought it is most likely civilian or civil defense but it does seem to be prewar.

Discovered, it is a French prewar/very early war "Defense Passive" light.
