not sure on this one thought it was a WW1 Private purchase officers amo pouch...top I think states cartier...never seen one which appears for ankle or bicep...any opinions folks ...thanks steve

yes and certainly a new one for me ....certainly scarce ,cant find anything similar ,the strap is original to the piece and designed to take further ammo...its interesting !!!
