US Army bag belonging to Richard F. Quinn - 31297556

Just passing this along from Facebook, apologies if this has been already put up on the boards (I checked “What’s new?”).

A Frenchman has found a WWII US Army bag belonging to Richard F. Quinn - 31297556. He would like to return it to its rightful owner or owners, his descendants, I imagine.

"It appears that the soldier was born in 1924 and died in 1987. When he joined the ranks of the army, he resided in the state of Massachusetts."
