what ade said looks good, and as you noted these should be fairly cheap.

Well done, thats got a nice clear goverment stamp on that one.
I love that olive drab colour. I have a dark green version with the yellow print but without it's mask. Does anyone know when the darker versions were first introduced? I've had it for years and don't recall it having a date on it.
Cheers,
Ian.
Pictures would be needed to tell, and congrats Nuno
I don't have it with me unfortunately it's still in my mother's with all my other bits and bobs from childhood. I'll post some up on monday when I visit. Generally speaking though, do you have a date when these bags changed from OD to dark green? Late-war, post-war?
Ian.
It depends the way you describe it makes it sound like a different style of bag, could be later or post war. These bags were phased out before 0D7 color (Dark Green) of production and the M6 lightweight gas mask bag began production in that color. Pictures will be needed

Cheers Ben,
I'll put some up tomorrow - it's years since I looked at it but I always assumed it was post-war.
