Where is the pistol Holster from

hello again I just noticed this on Ebay and I am posting this here as I have no idea what country it is from can anyone identify it?

My best guess is a British WW2 Webley type Holster that has been adapted to fit a different gun. (it bears strong similarities to my Webley Holster but it also has clear differences) The strap on the back has clearly been moved. Perhaps it originally had a top flap that has been cut off, I cant be sure.
