I think it vietnam era compass ( id don't collect vietnam stuff). I see these compasses a lot in my part of the world.
I doubt it Korea, because US used a lot of surplus WWII gear in the Korean war (some stuff they tweaked a little bit). Hell WWII grenades were still being used.
