    Are they scarves or cap comforters? Certainly look genuine and the early the date the better IMO.

    From the photo they do look more like cap comforters. Have worn a few of these over the years.

    Various continental dealers have had these in quantity for some years.

    They are Cap Comforters and not Scarfs which were not an issue item..

    You see lots of 43 onwards dated examples from an ebay seller in the Nederlands for about £20 each if I remember correctly.
