Default WWI or WWII U.S.Training Machine Gun

Hi I recently came across this machine gun. I have tried to find one like it in all my books and on the internet but so far I have not been able to. There is a mechanism in it that makes a shooting noise when the handle is turned. I was wondering if anyone has seen this before.

First time to see such interesting item.

That's a very fun looking "toy".

I would say it is a childs toy from the 20s/ 30s rather than a training piece. Although I can't really see the scale of it, but it looks fairly small. Its a cool thing to have anyway
