another passport...some help with Russian writing?

bottom writing is an adrees hard to make out from 8 VIII 1942
Kaminska 42 or something like that

if you look at reversed image that it says

PEZARSKI -in polish

ПЭЖАРСКИ -in russian (I guess)

looks like the same word, but doesn't make any sense for me

probably a seal of district or something

A Polish speaker could enlighten it probably

The first picture says it's a temporary passport of the Polish Republic.

The second picture reads:

Signed on: August 8, 1942
Street, nr.: 42 Kalinin Street (ulitsa Kalinina)
And on the bottom the signature of the chief of the Passport Office.
