Tartar name? Kazakh? САТАРОВ АРАФ
Uncommon name but can not find on 'Feats of the people'.

I am not sure of the ethnic origins, however I think his name is "Сатаров Аряф", Aryaf Satarov. I too found nothing on podvignaroda. Misspellings are common which makes research a challenge at times.

Maybe? Unit correct? 292 mn part of 18 tank corps. is the only CATAPOB which comes up in 292 mn.

Can you tell me what " 7 ОПОАРМ " stands for in 7 ОПОАРМ 61 А 1 БелФ (rest is 61st army of the 1 Belorussian front?)

Yes, I think it is the correct Satarov, Arap. He is #52 on the second page below. The Commander of the 292nd Separate Red Banner Mortar Regiment is Captain Komisenko.
