How to tell it is a copy Stalingrad Doc?

Article about: This is being sold clearly as a copy. Besides any wear pattern, are there any features you see that clearly make it a copy? This scares me a bit (being a novice) that it looks very good!

Look carefully at "my" stamp (it is the same stamp used in 1943 and 1945) and the stamp in the opening post. They are COMPLETELY different. Not only in form (which would be enough), but also in text.

The paper appears to be like being treated with tea to look old...

It is like one of those 'eye' puzzles, now that you tell me what to look for I can see the ones you marked and more......thank you!

Besides the other aspects discussed, another is the style of the "No." on an authentic document as compared with the example you have shown.

Compare areas circled in red below. . .

Very obvious points indeed to recognise a fake. Thank you very much for pointing these out Bill. It is much appreciated!

Btw, the seller of this document is a very reliable seller with lots of good items, and credits to him for mentioning in the sales add that it is a fake. Most Ebay sellers wouldn't do this.

Here are a couple more "forgeries" on presumably unissued Defense of the Caucasus documents. Note the same name used on each, the proximity of the serial numbers, and the infamous "tea" staining.
