Thank you, my recent examples are quite common, contemporary, save the "beehive" hairdo, but yours are a exquisite glimpse into another time and place, and quite rare.
I know. I tend to have at least 2 to 3 cards for each former Soviet Republic from different decades. I have some sources too. The one above was delivered by an Ukrainian that is specilaised in not so often common stuff. But I am still unable to get cards from the 1940s from Uzbekistan, Armenia and Azerbaijan.

"Name of the Komsomol Committee, issued this ticket:
Uzgen District Committee, Osh area"
Interestingly, in the place where you had to write his surname, he instead wrote his name - "Rashid". Maybe he was worried or do not understand.

PS In the same time period, as and "Rashid", I was not accepted into the Komsomol, for a funny reason - I could not answer the question, "why do I want to be among the builders of communism?" I'm confused, and did not know what to say. On other questions, too, I could not answer, so they asked me to prepare well and come back later. But I no longer went, and I did not get a Komsomol ticket.

Thanks, Bill!
If you do not mind, I'll add a little:
Taina Gamidovna Stishkova
I think - "Maina". It is interesting, that this girl has typical Ossetian name and patronymic (Мaina Gamidovna), but it is absolutely a Russian surname - Stishkova.
"Name of the Komsomol Committee, issued this ticket:
Promishlenny ("industrial") District Committee VLKSM of Ordzhonikidze city, North Ossetia ASSR"
Comsomol Book, #9099738, dated November 19th, 1939 issued to Zinaidia Fedorovna Lyandina, born 1923, joined VLKSM November, 1939, age 16, Bashkortostan ASSR, dues stamps November, 1939 to December, 1947.
"Name of the Komsomol Committee, issued this ticket:
Beloretsky District Committee VLKSM" (Beloretsk city).
Bashkortostan ASSR
At that time it was called the Bashkirskaya ASSR ( Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic), Bashkortostan name appeared since 1992, when they gained "independence".
Comsomol Book, #17046400, dated February 6th, 1956 issued to Larisa Mikhaelevna Bushunova, born September, 1940, joined VLKSM June, 1955, age 15, Moldova SSR, dues stamps January, 1956 to February, 1960.
"Name of the Komsomol Committee, issued this ticket:
Leninsky District Committee LKSM of Kishinev city" .
Best regards, Michael
